Lions, Tigers, and SWAG, Oh, My!

The kids that participated in the first session of SWAG’s summer program had a special treat last week as they traveled to the Carson Springs Wildlife Conservation Foundation for an end-of-session field trip.  At Carson Springs, they learned about worldwide conservation efforts, and got a chance to see some of the planet’s most beautiful wild creatures, up close and personal!  After spending the morning interacting with the animals, the kids (and their amazing chaperones) headed to a park for a little wild time of their own.  There, they enjoyed a lunch provided by Subway, and had a chance to enjoy some free time in the great outdoors!
