Community Connections Celebration

Join us for this Community Connections Celebration in honor of the life and legacy of SWAG co-founder and visionary leader, Mrs. Joan Canton. Specifically, we will celebrate the naming of Joan Canton Way in the SWAG area. In addition, community resource providers will be onsite, along with fun, family activities, food, and giveaways.
