UF HealthStreet at the SWAG FRC
Community health workers with UF HealthStreet will be at the Centro de Recursos para Familias SWAG on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 9 am. They will provide the following:
- Blood pressure screenings
- Referrals for medical and social services
- Research opportunities
