Alachua County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) recently hosted Dinner with the Deputies at SWAG Family Resource Center. Approximately 75 patrons and over 20 law enforcement officers were present. Today, several of the SWAG Board members (Gloria, Betty, Miriam and Dorothy) spent some time with members of the Board of County Commissioners and the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce advocating for increased safety features on the I75 overpass. The event was covered by the local media and will be on the local news tonight.
